Things to Do

I currently not posting much due to the fact I am busy allowing for little time to work on any really interesting projects. But that does not mean I am not preparing in my own ways. I have been paying attention to what is happening in the world news and politics in my region. If you are unable to do anything else pay attention to what is happening around you. Awareness of recent history of what has happened in the news helps you to build a memory of facts you can fall back on when government or individuals try to skew facts about a event. This also helps you to create your own views or ideas on a subject making it harder for people to manipulate your opinion. The only thing to lookout for is to make sure the information you get is accurate. The best way to check facts from one source off of another source. By doing this you can look for inconstancy's.

Another thing to do is to workout. You do not need to go to a gym everyday or even at all. Just do some basic aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Aerobic exercise like running, biking, soccer and such helps to increase the ability for your body to process oxygen and for your muscles to be able to function for long periods. It also helps your brain by allowing more oxygen in your bloodstream which can help with memory and allows you to think faster clearer. The only downside to aerobic exercises are that they are time consuming and they do little for the strength of upper body and core muscles, but from my view this is one of the most important type of exercise. Anaerobic are the next part of the equation. Things such as push-ups, sit-ups, and weight lifting are used to build up the strength of arm and core muscles. Anaerobic exercise takes less time than aerobic and can be done almost anywhere. Other important factors to think about are things such as flexibility and agility. Being flexible allows you a wider range of motion and can helps prevent injuries. Agility deals with the ability to quickly change direction or body motion while still maintaining control. Stretching before exercise will help with your flexibility and agility can be worked on by playing basketball, soccer or other sports that require eye coordination and near constant movement.

These are just some things you can do to help prepare yourself for whatever you have to face.
